Great Places to Eat and Drink in the Berkshires: Mission Bar and Tapas

At the desk of the Yankee, we frequently find ourselves recommending our favorite restaurants and local hot spots to our guests. One of my favorite places to eat or enjoy a drink with friends after work is Mission Bar and Tapas. Located on North Street in Pittsfield, Mission has a great selection of craft beer, many different types of wine, and a great selection of delicious food all at a reasonable price. Monday nights at Mission are Jazz night, where local jazz musicians show off their talent while patrons enjoy their food and drink, and Tuesdays are open mic, where anyone can come and perform. Mission has a very friendly atmosphere, and it is truly a one of a kind restaurant here in the Berkshires. If you’re new to the area or have been here many times, Mission Bar and Tapas is a spot worth giving a shot if you are looking for some live local music or some delicious dinner.
