So many guests ask our front desk staff where to get some good pizza. I would recommend Pizza Works for sure if you want to order delivery because the portions are not only huge, but not that pricey. Pizza Works menu consists of salads, wraps, burgers, fried appetizers, and of course pizza. They deliver right to your room here at the Yankee Inn, and even though they are constantly busy they are always pretty quick.

For those of you who don’t mind driving somewhere to grab your pizza to take back to your room I would recommend Arizona Pizza Company or as us townies call it AZPCO. You can order take out and then they will bring it to your car in the parking lot. When I order one of their yummy wood fired pizzas, I always get the hot wing pizza. The shredded chicken and the spicy hot wing sauce, is so tasty and the melted cheesy goodness is my favorite part. AZPCO is also just around the corner from our Inn. Also- if you show them your Yankee Inn key card they give a 15% discount off your total bill!
ORGANIC WOOD FIRED
Baba Louie’s is also another favorite. The pizza is made from all organic wood fired sourdough and it is amazing. Located in South County Great Barrington or even closer to us in Pittsfield. They offer plenty of unique original choices on their menu, but I like to make my own because I am a huge fan of spinach and artichoke on my pizza, add a little bit of feta and I’m a happy camper.
MY PERSONAL FAVORITE
Last but not least on my list of my personal favorite pizza places is Betty’s Pizza Shack, in downtown Lenox. Just a bout five minutes away from us here at the Yankee this place is nothing comparable to your average Dominoes… You can go in to the unique beach and surf decorated shack and get huge slices of thin crust pizza. When I go there I like to just get cheese pizza because it tastes how a true original cheese slice should. Oh and don’t forget they sell lots and lots of beer!
