For Reservations November 1 through May 31 and June and September weekdays, a 48 hour cancellation notice is required for cancellation without penalty.

For June and September weekends 7 days advance notice is required for cancellation without penalty.

For cancellation without above notice given, 100% of the charges are taken unless the reservation can be re-booked as originally reserved.

• The Main Pavilion Building, located opposite the courtyard from the South Building houses our common facilities. Among these are an indoor pool & spa, exercise room, cocktail lounge, meeting & conference center, main lobby and vending/ice.
  
  
• Access to all guest rooms and public areas is fully compliant with the American Disabilities Act, including specially equipped guestroom baths, indoor pool with sling and roll-in shower and elevator.
