Conditions applicable to July, August and October:
-Deposit required during this time period
-Cancellation policy: Guest must Cancel 2 weeks prior to arrival date or forfeit deposit.
-For July and August, deposit must be made by check and received 10 days after booking reservation via the telephone or reservation is canceled. This requirement is often waived closer to arrival date.
