Two pools

The indoor pool and hot tub are open all year, so the kids can swim even in January. The outdoor pool is heated too and opens for the summer.

We provide a hot breakfast every morning, with eggs, warm dishes, fresh pastries, fruit, and a waffle maker the kids will find right away.

The Toole family has run the inn for over 60 years, and we look after every guest the way we’d want our own family looked after.

Family rooms

Most of our family rooms are in the Main Lodge, under the same roof as the lobby, breakfast room, and indoor pool. Every room has air conditioning, high-speed WiFi, a mini fridge, a microwave, cable TV, and complimentary coffee. Need a crib or a cot? We have both for $10 per night.

Two Doubles Deluxe

Two Doubles Deluxe offers an outdoor seating area, two double beds and a modern bathroom. Best for a family wanting extra space.

Berkshire Scenic Railway Museum

A great stop for little ones who love trains. It’s a 10-minute drive from The Yankee Inn and works well as a quick, easy outing.

Easy trails and plenty of chances to spot wildlife make this a nice way to get the kids outside. It’s only 5 minutes from The Yankee Inn.

Getting here and parking

You'll find us at 461 Pittsfield Rd, Lenox, MA 01240, with free parking right on site. We're a short drive from Tanglewood, The Mount, and downtown Lenox.

My husband, my four kids, and I stayed here for a few days on a trip to see my grandfather. The breakfast was amazing. My kids loved making their own waffles. The hotel is very well kept and there was a nice little patio area right outside of our room to hang out at which is where we had our to go dinner. There’s a fire pit that helps to keep the bugs away.

Yes. Our heated indoor pool and indoor hot tub are open year-round, and the heated outdoor pool is open in the summer.

The Two Doubles Deluxe sleeps up to five. The Two Queen, King Deluxe, King with Mountain View, and South Lodge Two Doubles each sleep four, and the King Deluxe and King with Mountain View include a sofa bed. All of these, except the South Lodge Two Doubles, are in the Main Lodge.

Yes, a complimentary breakfast comes with every stay.

Yankee Inn is less than a 10-minute drive from Tanglewood. The Mount and downtown Lenox are also less than 10 minutes away, making it easy for families to explore some of the area’s top attractions.

Some do, including the King Deluxe and King with Mountain View. Fireplaces aren’t operable in the summer months.

Check-in is at 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out depend on availability, so please contact our front desk to arrange them.
