Smoking is not permitted in guest rooms or on balconies
DEPOSIT POLICY
PREMIUM ROOMS:
All reservations require a deposit of the first night plus tax at the time of booking.
STANDARD ROOMS:
Depending on the date of arrival, a deposit of the first night plus tax may be charged.
STANDARD CANCELLATION POLICY
PREMIUM ROOMS:
72 hours advance notice required to avoid penalty.
STANDARD ROOMS:
24 hours advance notice required to avoid penalty.
HIGH SEASON CANCELLATION POLICY
High season cancellation policy is as follows and applied to the following dates for all room types

We cannot guarantee a specific room, but rather a room within a specific room category.

Fireplaces are not operable during the summer.

Due to quality standards we are unable to accommodate smoking in rooms or on balconies.

We guarantee the lowest rate available when booking directly through the hotel.
